About MatchmakerTM for Behavioral Health 3
Matchmaker™ for Behavioral Health makes it easier for employees and their covered dependents to find the outpatient behavioral health providers they need. Timely access to the right care can lead to better overall health outcomes and can help to reduce the risk of physical health problems, improve overall well-being, and enhance the quality of life for employees.
Access to Care
Matchmaker™ for Behavioral Health connects members to a care provider based on the health plan and needs. This service is available at no cost to the member or covered family members. Members can see providers in your plan network, both in person or virtually. Our tool offers the extra support needed by providing a list of in-network, outpatient providers accepting new patients.
Enhanced Employee Experience
Mental health concerns can significantly impact employee productivity and work performance, which equates to a decrease in employee happiness. This can inconvenience businesses through high turnover rates. By providing employees with access to mental health services through the Matchmaker™ for Behavioral Health, businesses can improve employee productivity, job satisfaction, and retention rates.
Many people hesitate to seek mental health treatment due to the stigma surrounding mental illness and the Matchmaker™ for Behavioral Health is an effective solution for employers that want to support the mental health and well-being of their employees. Contact us or your local producer to offer this program for personalized support and improved health outcomes for employees.
